1. The Service

PrivaCast provides private podcast hosting and distribution. Subscribers receive individualized, revocable RSS feed URLs and signed audio links. Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your private feed URL publicly, attempt to circumvent access controls, upload unlawful content, or abuse the service. We may revoke access for violations.

3. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivaCast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

5. Changes
